3. Send before photos
Send over you current or “before” photos, front, side and back. (3 photos)
(You may submit additional photos if you wish. For example some people send over 2-3 other poses such as hands on hips or flexing.)
Males: Please wear shorts
Females: Please wear shorts and a sports bra or bikini. (No lingerie.)
IMPORTANT! No selfies please. Please take your photos with a self-timer. You can also record a video going through the poses, (front, back, side) and then sending us a screenshot of each pose.
PLEASE NOTE: Whatever you choose to wear in the before is what you will wear with each check-in. This will make for the best progress assessments. *Please ensure the photos are taken under well lit conditions.
Nobody likes taking or sending these current photos. You signed up for coaching because you wanted to make changes to your body. Unfortunately, these are a key part of this program because our measure of success is determined in part if we improve on these photos each week, so these are mandatory. These are also needed in order to help your coach determine your progress and how to update your program accordingly.
4. Receive your program
Once the above steps are complete, you will receive your customized program within 72 business hours.
