TEN SIMPLE RULES TO FOLLOW DURING 6-WEEK TRANSFORMATION TO ENSURE SUCCESS

1. Follow your diet. No cheat meals, added snacks or extra
allowances, etc.

2. No alcohol.

3. Meet your daily water intake requirements. (I.e. 3-6 liters/day)

4. Cardio every day as per plan. (15-45 min as per plan)

5. Weights / Resistance training workouts 4-5 x week. (30-60 min as
per plan)

6. Stretch every day for at least 5 minutes.

7. Perform your breathing relaxation exercises, yoga or meditation 1x
day.

8. Get at least 6 hours sleep every night.

9. Take weekly progress photos

10. Post something in the forum group at least 1x week
