Sean is new-school thinking coach who combines a blended mix of science, proven training methods, advanced sports nutrition and his extensive practical experience to help all types of clients achieve their best results possible. With 19 years of coaching experience and a strong educational background in the field, Sean is well rounded and able to explain the ‘why’ to clients when discussing the process. After having completed his degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences (with minor in Psychology), Sean went on to further his education with certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. It’s this solid foundation that allows him to fully understand the process, the human body and how various clients will respond to changing variables. This focus on customization and assessing each specific client is at the core of his and all of the Team T-Rex Coach’s methodology and is a large part responsible for the success of Team T-Rex Training. Sean’s passion for coaching and demonstrated results over the past decade have earned him a spot among some of the top coaches in Canada.
