ABOUT JEFF:
I started going to the gym 10 years ago when I was 30. I had no idea what I was doing, but I knew I wanted to get stronger and bigger. I started researching, watching YouTube videos and following local people on social media. Few years passed and someone invited me to a training/boot camp that Team T-REX was hosting. It was amazing. It felt great getting pushed to my limits that I didn’t even think I had. I was hooked. That was 7 years ago and I’m still part of the team. I have learned so much from all, and especially my coach Adam. I’m happy to be part of a great team.
